Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 22 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
Merchandising a small range well
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep nic salt e-liquids at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.

Batch consistency and why it matters

Reading a quotation properly
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
We publish a realistic band of 1.48 to 4.81 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

What documents come with a shipment?

What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
