How the price is actually built

We publish a realistic band of 1.45 to 4.65 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For wholesale buyers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
Transit, consolidation and timing
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 12 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
We can consolidate mixed orders of nic salt e-liquids into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
What we test before a carton is sealed
12 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.

What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
